Dr. Karen Churchill

Dr. Churchill has a Ph. D. in Food Sciences, with a focus on cereal chemistry, from the University of Minnesota. She holds both the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Master of Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Immediately prior to joining Cereals Canada, Dr. Churchill was the Quality Projects Manager at Cargill Malt. Karen has also worked as a Product Development Manager with Master Foods in the United Kingdom and as a scientist with SA Research & Development Institute in Australia.
In addition to academic credentials, Karen has extensive experience addressing the needs of end use customers and experience working directly with producers.
