Semolina milled from CWAD is great for both dried and fresh pasta products. It offers excellent cooking quality, including good firmness, tolerance to overcooking and low cooking loss.

Couscous made from semolina milled from CWAD has a bright yellow colour and good surface texture (i.e. not sticky) when cooked. 

Bread

Flour or semolina milled from CWAD is great for hearth, artisan and flat breads, providing them with a subtle yellow-coloured crumb. CWAD flour has high water absorption capacity.
